Business Scope

Stitched @ West40 operates exclusively within Illinois. Orders are fulfilled for local pickup or delivery as coordinated directly with customers.

Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy

At StitchED @ West40, each item is custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Due to the unique and handmade nature of embroidery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Order Accuracy

We embroider exactly as the details are provided. Please double-check all spelling, colors, sizes, and design specifications before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains an error caused by our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stitched@west40.org. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement Timeline

Approved repairs or replacements are typically processed within 7–10 business days after review.

Payment & Processing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. Our website uses the Wix eCommerce platform and its secure payment processors. We do not store payment details locally.

Production Timeline

Once payment and order details are confirmed, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is ready for pickup or delivery. If delays are expected, we will notify you promptly.

Local Pickup or Delivery

Customers will receive an email or phone notification when their order is ready for pickup or delivery. Pickup location and hours will be provided.
